Packing can be a difficult task. Especially if you have to pack for a long trip! I sometimes struggle with figuring out what I should bring on long trips – and more important (and difficult): what NOT to bring. Right now, I’ve been traveling through India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Cambodia and Vietnam. I’ve been on the road for four weeks now, and will be traveling for two weeks more. I realized the other day that I carried far too many of some things while I had way too little of other things. So, I wanted to make this video for you so you can learn from my mistakes and not do what I did! On top of that you’ll have even more space to bring home clothes, gifts and trinkets!
The key when you are on a long trip is that you really want to think about being as minimal as possible. If you are like me and love fashion and makeup that can be difficult! But, packing and unpacking all of your stuff can be annoying — and heavy!
As a reference, I did a six weeks trip through India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Cambodia and Vietnam including mostly moderate walks, rides, tours and day trips. NO heavy hiking or mountain climbing 🙂
If you ever need help with tips for packing you can always ask me. I’m here for you when you’re standing in front of your wardrobe! Don’t panic 🙂 At this point I would say I have a fair amount of experience — especially after being a flight attendant. I’d be happy to share all my tips with you!
